Carl joined SESCO in September, 2019 as CFO and VP of Operations. In April 2025, SESCO’s Board of Directors appointed Carl to CEO. As CEO, Carl will assist the President in managing and guiding SESCO as well as continuing his CFO and operational responsibilities. Carl also serves on SESCO’s Board of Directors. Carl has over 30 years of extensive experience in finance and operations. Previously, he was CFO and Senior VP of Operations at Mace Security Intl, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of pepper spray and self-defense products. Prior to that role he served as CFO and VP of Operations for Saeco, USA, an Italian owned company importing and distributing high-end consumer espresso machines. Carl and his wife, reside in Parma Heights, OH and are proud parents of two successful adult daughters.

My name is Rylie Church. I have worked in the foodservice equipment industry for over 28 years as a restaurant manager, dealer salesperson and manufacturer’s rep. I have been with SESCO for over 11 years as a territory manager and currently as Vice President of Sales. I live in West Chester, Ohio with my wife Michelle and our 3 children.

Interim SESCO President and Chairman of the SESCO Board of Directors.  Kevin has over 40 years of sales management and executive management experience, including 20 years in the food service equipment industry. Kevin is a 1983 graduate of Glenville State University with a BA in Business Administration.

Retired SESCO CFO and member of the SESCO Board of Directors.  Mark has held several leading financial management roles during his career.  Mark holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in accounting, finance and business management from Cleveland State University.

Michael has been an independent member of the SESCO Board of Directors since 2016. He has held management and executive roles in the retail industry for both public and private companies. Michael is a 1980 graduate of The Ohio State University with a BS in Business Administration.

Joining the SESCO team in 2025, Eric brings 15+ years of experience.  Previous roles include Manufactures Sales Representative, Business Development, and Dealer Sales / Project Management.  These different roles have provided him with experience in multiple segments of the industry that can be called upon in his current role of Territory Manager. In his free time, he enjoys running, golfing, and spending time with his wife and kids.

Kelly has additional experience in foodservice distribution and foodservice brokerage as an owner/operator and consultant. Kelly brings a wealth of experience to help our customers find the perfect kitchen equipment to streamline their operation.

Jacob is a recent grad of The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, later joining SESCO in Summer of 2023 to augment the Accounting Team. A spreadsheet savant, Jacob enjoys his role in preparing monthly reports, as well as having his thumb on a whole matter of issues from dealer commissions to payroll. He has previously worked as an analyst in the automotive Finance & Insurance space. A long suffering—but newly optimistic—Browns fan, Jacob spends his downtime supporting his local teams.
