My name is Kevin Leonard and I am the president of SESCO. I am a 35 year foodservice equipment industry veteran including 24 years with SESCO. I am a Certified Foodservice Professional as well as a graduate of the CPMR program. I am a proud supporter of the School Nutrition Association and am currently Vice Chair of the Ohio SNA Industry Advisory Council. I am also a member of a variety of manufacturer advisory councils. I am a proud member of a wonderful golfing family. My wife of 41 years and I have played golf in all 50 states. My two sons and my two wonderful grandsons are also golf lovers.
CFO, VP of Operations
Carl brings over 15 years of extensive experience in finance and operations to SESCO. He has worked in both public and private companies. Previously, Carl was CFO and Senior VP of Operations at Mace Security Intl, Inc., Prior to that role he served as CFO and VP of Operations for Saeco USA, Inc., Carl and his wife have been married for 32 years and they have two daughters.
VP of Business Development
My name is Steve Wright. I have worked in the foodservice equipment industry for 24 years. 21 years with SESCO and 3 years with a foodservice equipment manufacturer. I am currently the VP of Business Development. I am a Certified Foodservice Professional and a Certified Professional Manufacturers Rep. I am active in the School Nutrition Association and a past SNA Indiana Industry Advisory Council Member. I live in Carmel, Indiana with my wife Nancy. We have two successful children – Alex and Lucy.
VP of Sales - Eastern Division
My name is Mike Rykaceski and I am the VP of Sales for SESCO. I have over 45 years of foodservice experience as an owner/operator, food broker and equipment specialist. I have been with SESCO FOR 10 years and have enjoyed it. I have been active with the Pennsylvania and West Virginia SNA for many years. I enjoy traveling with my son Michael who is in college.
Sales Manager - Northern Division
My name is Charley Miller. I have been with SESCO for 19 years. I am currently the Sales Manager of our Northern Division and Culinary Support. I am a Certified Foodservice Professional. I am a proud member of both the School Nutrition Association and the American Culinary Foundation. I have always enjoyed helping our clients find great equipment solutions and insuring their satisfaction with our products. I am a proud father of 3 sons and even prouder grandfather of 4 grandsons.
Sales Manager - Southern Division
My name is Rylie Church. I have worked in the foodservice equipment industry for over 25 years as a restaurant manager, dealer salesperson and now manufacturer’s rep. I have been with SESCO for over 9 years as a territory manager and currently as Sales Manager – Southern Division. I live in West Chester, Ohio with my wife Michelle and our 3 children.
Territory Manager - Central Ohio
My name is David Altizer and I am the Central Ohio Territory Manager for SESCO. I started my foodservice career in 1989. I spent over 25 years with food brokers, food distributors and food manufacturers. I joined SESCO in 2021 and have enjoyed my short career in foodservice equipment. I attended Baldwin Wallace College where I played football then finished my college career at Ohio State University. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors and with my family. I live in Centerburg, Ohio with my wife of over 30 years. We have 3 daughters and 4 grandchildren.
Territory Manager - Kentucky
My name is Kelley Osmon. I have worked in the foodservice equipment industry over 15 years including three here at SESCO. As a Territory Manager for Kentucky, I work diligently to help all of my customers find the right solutions for their food equipment needs. I live in Georgetown, Kentucky with my husband Joe and our 3 boys, Jack, Charlie and Nicholas. In my spare time I spend it at the football and basketball fields with my boys or in the kitchen cooking and exploring new foods with my husband.
Territory Manager - Michigan and Northwest Ohio
My name is Tommy Coffey and I am the Northwest Ohio/Michigan Territory Manager for SESCO. I worked in the foodservice industry as an operator for over 15 years. I have been at SESCO for 2 years. What I enjoy most about my job is helping people find solutions to their equipment needs. I am a sports fan who enjoys golf, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. I live in Sylvania, Ohio with my wife and two daughters.
Jim came on board the SESCO team in June of 2007 as Purchaser. Before his position as Purchasing Manager at SESCO, Jim's experience comprised over 15 years in the food distribution industry.

My name is Paul Cornish. I have been with SESCO for 27years. Currently serving as client care manager. I am a certified foodservice professional with SESCO experience ranging from inside & outside sales, parts sales, service, and marketing. Residing in Akron, my wife Julie and I are the grateful and proud parents of our son - who is now starting college.

Jason has 6 years experience with SESCO and is a parts and service representative with experience in equipment customer service as well. He is ready to take your order and able to help you with all your parts, service, warranty, and new equipment needs and questions.

Jack is a client care representative in SESCO's equipment customer service department. He is ready to take your order and able to help you with all your new equipment needs and questions. Jack joined SESCO in 2020.

Karen has 10 years experience as a client care representative in SESCO's equipment customer service department. In addition to SESCO, she has many years of sales and customer service experience in the foodservice industry. Karen, is ready to take your order and able to help you with all your new equipment needs and questions.
Mike joined the SESCO staff in April of 2011. He is a graduate of Ohio State University. Shortly after graduation he became a Certified Public Accountant. Before joining SESCO, Mike was an accounting and operations consultant for various organizations in industries that included home improvement, computer software and health & fitness.
Sales Support Representative
Beth came to SESCO in 2021 with15 years of experience with food service equipment including quoting, and order processing. Beth is now coordinating quotes and supporting the sales and client care team at SESCO.
Cindy is a long term SESCO team member, having joined the staff in 1983. Cindy handles the billing of our valuable customers and is responsible for an array of administrative and accounting functions.
Administrative Assistant / Receptionist
The first friendly voice you hear when you call SESCO will probably be Colette, she is the receptionist. Other responsibilities include a wide range of accounting and administrative functions. Colette has been a SESCO team member since 2010.
