Who We Are...
My name is Kevin Leonard and I am the president of SESCO. I am a 40 year foodservice equipment industry veteran including 26 years with SESCO. I am a Certified Foodservice Professional as well as a graduate of the CPMR program. I am a proud supporter of the School Nutrition Association and the previous President of the Ohio SNA Industry Advisory Council. I am also a member of a variety of manufacturer advisory councils. I am a proud member of a wonderful golfing family. My wife of 43 years and I have played golf in all 50 states. My two sons and my two wonderful grandsons and granddaughter are also golf lovers.
CFO, VP of Operations
Carl brings over 20 years of extensive experience in finance and operations to SESCO. He has worked in both public and private companies. Previously, Carl was CFO and Senior VP of Operations at Mace Security Intl, Inc., Prior to that role he served as CFO and VP of Operations for Saeco USA, Inc., Carl and his wife have been married for 36 years and they have two daughters.
Vice President of Business Development
My name is Mike Rykaceski and I am the VP of Business Development for SESCO. I have over 30 years of foodservice experience as an owner/operator, food broker and equipment specialist. I have been with SESCO FOR 12 years and have enjoyed it. I have been active with the Pennsylvania and West Virginia SNA for many years. I enjoy traveling with my son Michael who is in college.
Vice President of Sales
My name is Rylie Church. I have worked in the foodservice equipment industry for over 28 years as a restaurant manager, dealer salesperson and manufacturer’s rep. I have been with SESCO for over 11 years as a territory manager and currently as Vice President of Sales. I live in West Chester, Ohio with my wife Michelle and our 3 children.
Territory Manager - Kentucky
With more than 22 years of food service experience, Beverly joined the SESCO team in 2022 to cover the state of Kentucky. Her background and expertise in the fast food, hospitality and beverage industries makes for a perfect fit and seamless transition to equipment sales. Beverly’s philosophy is grounded in solution-based selling, where she is committed to partnering with Dealers and Designers to help them in assisting their customers in finding what they need through a diverse network of industry-leading manufacturers. She is married to her husband Perry, who both enjoy running, cycling, and golfing. They have four children and five beautiful grand babies. They reside in the Northern Kentucky area.
Territory Manager - Indiana
My name is Sean Church. I am the Territory Manager for the state of Indiana and Southern Ohio. Prior to SESCO, I worked in a variety of positions in the restaurant industry. Most recently I worked as a sales representative for a restaurant equipment dealer. I am happy to be a part of the SESCO team. In my personal time, I enjoy playing and watching sports, being outside, and having fun with friends and family.
Territory Manager - Michigan and Northwest Ohio
Kelly is a chef with an extensive culinary background ranging from some of the world's most luxurious hotels to fast casual to catering.
Kelly has additional experience in foodservice distribution and foodservice brokerage as an owner/operator and consultant. Kelly brings a wealth of experience to help our customers find the perfect kitchen equipment to streamline their operation.
Corporate Chef CDM/CFPP
My name is Paul Jagielski, I’ve been a chef for over 30 years. A graduate from Johnson & Wales University, Charleston, SC. with degrees with honors in Culinary Arts and Hospitality management. I have extensive experience in fine dining, sports, and entertainment. I have been fortunate enough to have been a part of Cleveland’s grand sports teams that have been to the MLB World series and NBA playoffs. I have also been an instructor at the local community college to share my experience and knowledge to train the next generation of aspiring hospitality employees. I have numerous awards for achievement and was the former President of the Cleveland Restaurant Association. I have a wonderful wife of 30 years. Two successful children and numerous golden retrievers. In my spare time, I am a champion motorcycle builder, car enthusiast, and expert skier. Cooking has always provided me with the opportunity to release my creativity and explore the wonderful world of cuisine.
Mike joined the SESCO staff in April of 2011. He is a graduate of Ohio State University. Shortly after graduation he became a Certified Public Accountant. Before joining SESCO, Mike was an accounting and operations consultant for various organizations in industries that included home improvement, computer software and health & fitness.
Accounting and Business Support
Jacob is a recent grad of The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, later joining SESCO in Summer of 2023 to augment the Accounting Team. A spreadsheet savant, Jacob enjoys his role in preparing monthly reports, as well as having his thumb on a whole matter of issues from dealer commissions to payroll. He has previously worked as an analyst in the automotive Finance & Insurance space. A long suffering—but newly optimistic—Browns fan, Jacob spends his downtime supporting his local teams.
Cindy is a long term SESCO team member, having joined the staff in 1983. Cindy handles the billing of our valuable customers and is responsible for an array of administrative and accounting functions.
Administrative Assistant / Receptionist
The first friendly voice you hear when you call SESCO will probably be Colette, she is the receptionist. Other responsibilities include a wide range of accounting and administrative functions. Colette has been a SESCO team member since 2010.
Andrew came to SESCO in 2021. He manages the Parts and Service Deptment and has over 5 years of experience in shipping and receiving management.
Before his position as Purchasing Manager at SESCO, Jason's experience comprised over 8 years at SESCO in both the equipment and the parts departments as a client care representative.
Equipment Client Care
Erica is a client care representative in SESCO's equipment customer service department. A recent Cleveland State University Graduate with a background in the foodservice industry, Erica is fully prepared to assist you with your orders and address inquiries related to your equipment needs. Erica joined the SESCO team in 2023.

Cherie is a Client Care Representative with an extensive background in sales and customer service. She joined SESCO in 2023.
Sales Support Representative
Beth came to SESCO in 2021 with17 years of experience with food service equipment including quoting, and order processing. Beth is now coordinating quotes and supporting the sales and client care team at SESCO.
CCR Manager - Marketing Director
My name is Paul Cornish. I have been with SESCO for 29 years. Currently serving as client care manager. I am a certified foodservice professional with SESCO experience ranging from inside & outside sales, parts sales, service, and marketing. Residing in Akron, my wife Julie and I are the grateful and proud parents of our son - who is now college.
